ABOUT SIBA.

WHO WE ARE.

The Southwestern Indiana Builders Association is a non-profit organization established in 1948 to bring competing builders and suppliers in Vanderburgh, Warrick and Posey counties together to strengthen and protect the Southwestern Indiana housing industry.

Our more than 500 members represent every facet of the home building industry. Our Builder members consist of residential contractors, remodelers and developers, while our Associate members represent companies that provide products and/or services for the home building industry.
